Our Lead Counsel Mr. Mayank Rukhaiyar has been practicing before the Hon’ble Patna High Court since 2004 and brings over two decades of experience in civil, criminal, service, and administrative law. He began his legal career as an intern in 2002–03 and was empaneled as Junior Counsel for the State of Bihar in 2006, later serving as Assistant Counsel until 2015. During his tenure with the State, he handled hundreds of cases and provided legal opinions on diverse issues including appeals, interpretation of court orders, vetting of policies and bills, and contractual liabilities arising from government agreements and MoUs. Since 2015, he has maintained an independent practice, appearing before the Patna High Court, District Courts, and various Tribunals such as CAT, Consumer Forums, RERA, and the Bihar State Education Appellate Tribunal. He has extensive experience in Service Law, as well as in criminal, civil, and contractual disputes, effectively representing the interests of his clients with diligence and integrity.
